The Weill Cornell Center for Education and Research on Therapeutics (CERT) is part of a network of national Centers funded by the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). CERT is an important research initiative that will improve the quality of medical care. The Weill Cornell CERT is engaged in research and education efforts involving the outcomes and cost-effectiveness of medical and orthopedic devices. Faculty and staff from several divisions of the Weill Cornell Department of Public Health, as well as from the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), are participating in the CERT. The Center also includes a close partnership with The Methodist Hospital (TMH) in Houston.
