Dr. Yuhua Bao was appointed to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's study section on Healthcare Effectiveness and Outcomes Research on March 31 for a two-year term.
Dr. Bao is an associate professor of healthcare policy and research and of healthcare policy and research in psychiatry. The agency aims to produce evidence to make healthcare safer, higher quality, more accessible, equitable and affordable. This study section focuses on the goal of improving healthcare quality by accelerating implementation of patient-centered outcomes research.
